With a strong foundation in clinical practice and public health nutrition, she brings deep expertise across metabolic wellness, renal nutrition, preventive healthcare, and functional nutrition.
She holds an M.Sc. in Foods, Nutrition & Dietetics and is a UGC NET-SET qualified lecturer. Over the years, Sapna has worked with leading healthcare and nutraceutical organizations across nutrition consulting, wellness communication, employee wellness programs, and strategic nutrition initiatives.
Her professional journey includes associations with TajSATS Mumbai, Reework (digital nutrition), and multiple clinics and hospitals, along with extensive experience as an independent nutrition consultant and wellness educator.
Sapna is a recognized voice in the nutrition space — having conducted numerous workshops, webinars, and recipe demonstrations — and has previously worked alongside the late Mrs. Tarla Dalal as a Recipe Curator and Nutritionist.
An award-winning nutrition professional, she is the recipient of the Sadhana Award for Excellence in Clinical Nutrition (2026), IAPEN State Level Excellence Award (2023) and has been recognized nationally for academic excellence in nutrition research.
